We, as managers and employees, are dedicated to the delivery of superior scientific and technical products and services contributing to the success of our customers and the safety of our soldiers throughout the world. We believe the high ethical standards set by our company are essential to the achievement of our individual and organizational goals.
This policy was developed and adopted by the Founders of PeopleTec, Inc. This policy is fully supported by all senior management.
The quality policy takes into account organizational goals and the expectations of customers, employees, suppliers and shareholders. The policy is supported by the following objectives and commitments.
1. To Our Customers: We shall place the highest priority on the quality, timeliness, and competitiveness of our products and services. We shall pursue our objectives with a commitment to personal integrity and high professional standards. We shall continuously improve the process by which we provide our products and services, at the agreed price, within schedule, so that our work meets or exceeds requirements on a consistent and timely bases.
2. To Our Fellow Employees, Present and Prospective: We shall provide a working environment, which encourages new ideas, quality work, path for advancement and professional achievement. To Our Shareholders: We shall strive to meet all corporate goals, in growth, revenues and profits without jeopardizing the professional standing of the company or minimizing the quality of product or service delivered to our customers. Our corporate decisions shall be driven by approved processes established by the management team to ensure ethical and professional activities.
