CALHOUN, PEOPLETEC, INC. PARTNER ON CONTRACT AWARD FOR ADAPTIVE ROBOTICS TECHNOLOGY FOR SPACE, AIR, AND MISSILES (ART-SAM) IN SUPPORT OF U.S. ARMY SPACE & MISSILE DEFENSE COMMAND
Huntsville/Decatur, Alabama - Calhoun Community College, in partnership with PeopleTec, Inc., today announced the award of a 5-year, $18,833,652 grant from the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) to fund the Adaptive Robotics Technology for Space, Air and Missiles (ART-SAM) program. From the total award, for the project's first year, PeopleTec will receive a $2,717,990 subcontract from Calhoun.
According to Calhoun and PeopleTec, Inc. officials, ART-SAM will be executed in the recently opened Alabama Robotics Technology Park (RTP) Phase II facility, located adjacent to the Calhoun's Decatur campus. "This program represents a unique collaboration among government, academia, and industry to promote a robotics and unmanned systems testbed environment that will offer cutting-edge robotics enhancements in support of the Nation's warfighters," commented Calhoun President Marilyn Beck. "We are excited about this partnership with PeopleTEC and are also pleased to announce today that the company will be the very first tenant to move into Phase II of the RTP," Beck added.
"The ART-SAM program is a significant opportunity to provide mission critical support to enhance our Nation's unmanned aerial and ground-based robotics technology capabilities," said PeopleTEC President Doug Scalf. "PeopleTec is excited to be partnering with Calhoun on this venture, and we look forward to supporting SMDC and its customers through this innovative collaboration."

PEOPLETEC, INC. ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF DR. DANA TANNER TO VICE PRESIDENT
HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Dana Tanner to Vice President. Dr. Tanner joined PeopleTec in April 2008 and currently manages the company's air, space, and missile robotics testbed development and support activities. She has 25 years of experience in the technology services industry spanning all phases of software life cycle development and all levels of project and program management, with specialties in technology needs assessments, facilitation of requirements and design sessions, user acceptability testing, business process improvement and business intelligence applications. In addition to her project and program leadership, Dr. Tanner was President and co-founder of Keystone Solutions and more recently, a Vice President at both Quality Research and SAIC. Dr. Tanner has a B.A. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Wesleyan College, as well as a M.S. in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

PEOPLETEC, INC. ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF MR. ALLAN PRUETT TO DIRECTOR FOR PEOPLETEC, INC.
HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Allan Pruett has been promoted to Director. Mr. Pruett joined PeopleTec in February 2009 and has over thirteen years of experience performing software engineering and modeling & simulation (M&S) verification, validation and accreditation (VV&A) for air and missile defense weapon systems. He is currently supporting the Missile Defense Agency with M&S VV&A expertise and supporting the development of an integrated test plan that supports performing verification of weapon system models for assessment of ballistic missile defense system performance. Mr. Pruett earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Athens State University. PeopleTec is proud to have Mr. Pruett on our Team.

PEOPLETEC, INC. ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF MS. ALLISON CASH TO DIRECTOR FOR PEOPLETEC, INC.
HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Allison Cash to Director. Ms. Cash manages PeopleTec's point-of-intercept lethality modeling and simulation activities. Her technical capabilities include computational fluid dynamics (CFD), development of fast-running physics models, impact physics, lethality analysis and criteria development. Ms. Cash and her group provide mission critical support to several of the Missile Defense Agency's Core Lethality Models. She received both her M.S. and B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Mississippi State University. Ms. Cash is a senior member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and is currently serving on the Weapon Systems Effectiveness Technical Committee. PEOPLETEC CELEBRATES GROWTH, NEW HEADQUARTERS IN CUMMINGS RESEARCH PARK
HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA - PeopleTec's Ribbon Cutting Ceremony/Open House was held Tuesday, June 28th at 4:00pm. In attendance were honored guests, Congressman Robert Aderholt, R-Haleyville and Congressman Mo Brooks, R-Huntsville. Many other local business people and PeopleTec employees joined them in well wishes for their new corporate headquarters. Speaking for his company, President Doug Scalf thanked Brooks and Aderholt for their support of national defense and their support of research and development for Department of Defense and NASA programs. Brooks offered congratulations and praised Huntsville's high level of technical expertise. PEOPLETEC RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE "BEST PLACES TO WORK" IN HUNTSVILLE/MADISON COUNTY FOR 2011
Huntsville, AL - April 19, 2011 - PeopleTec, Inc. has been recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work" in Huntsville/Madison County for 2011.
The announcement was made at the 4th Annual Best Places to Work Luncheon, hosted by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM) on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at the Von Braun Center. Over 100 companies were nominated and more than 70 qualified for the annual award, which is based on employee-completed surveys. PeopleTec was one of 15 companies awarded the designation this year and one of five companies in the medium size category (75-249 employees).

PEOPLETEC INC., ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF MR. DARRELL FLORES AS DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL IT & ISSM
HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce Mr. Darrell Flores has joined the company as the Director of Internal IT and Information Systems Security Manager. Mr. Flores has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology and Information Systems Security fields. Prior to joining PeopleTec, Mr. Flores held a number of key technical and managerial positions with Intergraph Corporation, Quality Research, and Quantum 3D. Most recently he served as the ISSM for SAIC in Huntsville. Mr. Flores holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Graduate Certificate in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Huntsville, AL - January 18, 2011 - PeopleTec, Inc. announces the 2011 Board members as approved by all shareholders present at the October 2010 shareholder meeting.
PeopleTec, Inc. a preeminent provider of Engineering and IT services and Solutions in the Department of Defense and Civilian Federal sectors announces new Board members Bobby Bradley, Walter Batson, Chris Horgen, Doug Scalf and Terry Jennings to the Board of Directors.
Effective January 1, 2011 ~ Mr. Walter Batson joins current outside directors Ms. Bobby Bradley and Mr. Chris Horgen as the newest member to the PeopleTec Board of Directors.
Ms. Bobby A. Bradley was a Founder and President of Computer Systems Technology, Inc. (CST), a high technology R&D company with over $90 million in sales. Ms. Bradley and two associates founded the company in 1989 to provide innovative technologies and solutions to Government and commercial organizations. CST was acquired by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in April, 2003. In April 2004, Ms. Bradley retired from SAIC and is currently a partner in two LLC's, Lewis Properties and Genesis II. She currently holds a Board position on the Federal Reserve Bank Branch in Birmingham, AL and the Huntsville Botanical Garden.
Mr. Chris Horgen is the senior managing partner of the Southeastern Technology Fund and an Operating Consultant with Eastside Partners. Mr. Horgen has directed the Southeastern Technology Fund in making 10 investments for a total of approximately $120 million. He has 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial advisor, and company operations. Mr. Horgen brings a wealth of operational and management expertise having been the founder of Nichols Research Corporation (Nichols) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of Nichols for 18 years. He has served on the Board of Directors of four public companies and four defense technology companies.
Mr. Walter Batson was co-founder of Camber Corporation in April of 1990 and is currently Chairman of the Board and CEO. Camber currently has over 2000 employees and has revenues approaching $400 Million. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a diversified company, supporting customers around the world, specializing in information technology, decision support systems, training, engineering and simulation. During its history, Camber has built flight simulators, built biological detectors, developed and built entertainment ride simulators, built training systems for state, local and federal government markets, and continues its diversified support services to federal government customers.
