Mr. Richard Crabtree has an exceptional 28-year career in Army Aviation, with expertise in maintenance, training, and the integration of advanced technologies into Army platforms. He joined PeopleTec in 2017 following a distinguished military career as an AH-64D/E pilot, during which he served on multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
At PeopleTec, Mr. Crabtree has been instrumental in supporting key Army programs, including the Aviation Turbine Engine Project Office, Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft Project Office, and Utility Helicopter Project Office. His leadership has been pivotal in expanding PeopleTec’s presence within the Army Aviation and Field Artillery sectors.
As Senior Group Vice President, Mr. Crabtree leads efforts to enhance PeopleTec’s support for Aviation and Artillery initiatives, the Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), and other Department of Defense opportunities. His expertise continues to strengthen PeopleTec’s commitment to the warfighter and the advancement of critical defense capabilities.
Mr. Crabtree holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior University and is a Certified Project Management Professional. He and his group provide unmatched support to our PEO Aviation customers within the Headquarters, Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA), Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), Utility Helicopter, and Aviation Turbine Engine (ATE) Project Offices.
