Ms. Nicholson has more than 39 years of program acquisition experience as well as managing complex government contracts across the aviation, space and missile defense communities.
Ms. Nicholson joined PeopleTec in 2009 and currently oversees major programs supporting the U.S. Army’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive Fires (PAE Fires) and PAE Layered Protection & Integration / Capability Portfolio Executive Mission Autonomy (CPE Mission Autonomy), formerly the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO), as the NexGen SETA Contract Program Manager. She also manages a diverse portfolio spanning the Space and Missile Defense Technical Center (SMDTC) and Installation Management Command (IMCOM), leading teams across multiple geographic locations to ensure disciplined execution and high-quality support.
Ms. Nicholson was instrumental in establishing the RCCTO Headquarters at Redstone Arsenal, AL and later served as the Principal Analyst and Advisor to the Chief of Staff. In this role, she provided subject matter expertise to support the RCCTO mission to obtain and sustain critical enabling technologies and capabilities that address immediate, near-term, and mid-term threats.
Ms. Nicholson has played other pivotal roles in key initiatives for the Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Army’s Space and Missile Defense Command, PEO Missiles and Space, PEO Aviation, Acquisition Career Management Office, and Acquisition Information Management Office.
Before joining PeopleTec, Ms. Nicholson held key leadership roles as Director and Senior Project Manager at BAE Systems (formerly MEVATEC) and Senior Program Analyst at CAS, Inc. She demonstrated dedication and proficiency during an impressive eight-year term as the MiDAESS Program Manager for the MDA, Agency Operations Support Capability Group 5 contract.
As Senior Vice President, Ms. Nicholson will continue leading high-visibility programs while advancing PeopleTec’s mission-focused growth across key Department of War (DoW) portfolios. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University.
