MR. FRANK JENNINGS, VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE AND CONTRACTS
Mr. Jennings has over thirty years experience in finance and Government contracting. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Jennings worked as a consultant to small businesses establishing DCAA regulated accounting systems, preparing cost proposals, negotiating contracts and interfacing with Government Agencies.
From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Jennings worked for Tec-Masters where he was Vice President of Operations and responsible for over $40 million in annual revenues. From 1986 to 1991 Mr. Jennings worked as Director of Program Control for SRS Technologies.
Prior to 1986 he spent twelve years in the public accounting industry working for various CPA firms. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for four corporations and works as a business consultant for small businesses in the Defense and Energy sector. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in accounting.
