Mr. Doug Barclay
Senior Vice President
Mr. Barclay brings over 35 years of Program Management and Technical Expertise in the areas of Modeling, Simulation, Trainer Development, Cyber Security, Army Aviation support, and Software Development in the defense technical services domain. He has held a range of positions including Computer Scientist, Director, Division Manager and Vice President. Prior to joining PeopleTec, he was Vice President of the Exercise and Analysis Division for the Modeling, Simulation & Training Group at SAIC. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Barclay served as a Director in Quality Research's Modeling, Simulation & Training Group and from 1984 until 1997, he worked at Computer Sciences Corporation in various technical and management positions. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from Auburn University in 1984 and enjoys golfing, snow skiing, and time at the lake.

Mr. Robert Goldsmith
Senior Vice President
Mr. Goldsmith brings over 20 years of experience supporting DoD organizations in cybersecurity research and development, systems and mechanical engineering, strategic management, and executive leadership. Most recently, Mr. Goldsmith served four years as the GS-15 Cyber Lead for US Army, Aviation and Missile Research Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC) followed by nearly three years as the Director of Cyber Integration for US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) / Army Forces Strategic Command (ARSTRAT). Mr. Goldsmith earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1991 and an M.S in Systems/Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2008.

Mr. Darrell Herriges
Senior Vice President
Mr. Herriges has over 25 years of program management and operational command experience and has been supporting Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs for the past 15 years. Mr. Herriges earned a B.S. in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy, an M.S. in Business Management from Troy State University and a M.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Ms. Joan Smith
Senior Vice President
Ms. Smith brings more than a decade of experience supporting DoD organizations, where she focused her efforts on aviation and missile research, development, and sustainment, systems and materials engineering, manufacturing, strategy development, and executive leadership. Prior to joining PeopleTec, Ms. Smith was President of a privately-funded small business specializing in technology development. She also served as a US Army civilian for 11 years, during which she led aviation technical programs, directed missile research efforts, served in executive leadership functions, and managed multiple programs that facilitated improvements to Army Aviation Fleet. Ms. Smith graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. She also earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Anthony Brown
Vice President
Retired Army Col. Anthony “Tony” Brown has over 28 years of Army leadership experience in the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and US Army Operational Air Defense Units. Mr. Brown currently leads our Avenger Task and serves as Program Manager for Design, Development, Demonstration, and Integration (D3I) Domain 2. He possesses superior capabilities in strategic planning, design, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of Air and Missile Defense systems. Before joining PeopleTec, Mr. Brown served as Project Manager for MDA’s Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Project Office. He received an M.A. in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Air Force War College and an M.S. in Materiel Acquisition Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Mr. Dennis Dunaway
Vice President
Mr. Dunaway has over 25 years of experience in Army Aviation, including over eight years as a UH-60 Black Hawk pilot and is considered an industry leader in condition-based maintenance (CBM). He is currently leading PeopleTec’s systems engineering support, test & integration, CBM, and standardization for Army Aviation platforms. Prior to joining PeopleTec Mr. Dunaway was the Huntsville Operations Manager for Honeywell (formerly Intelligent Automation Corporation), a project manager at Avion, and at Scientific Atlanta.

Mr. Graham Killough
Vice President
Mr. Killough has over 30 years of modeling and simulation, system effectiveness and program management experience supporting multiple Department of Defense Services and Agencies. He has performed lethality assessments for virtually every Army-affiliated air and missile defense system, ranging from the Stinger to the Ground-Based Missile Defense System. Mr. Killough has managed multiple contracts for the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) and the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Currently, Mr. Killough leads efforts supporting the USASMDC and MDA in the areas of network administration, test and evaluation, system effectiveness and command and control. Mr. Killough volunteers on multiple community organization boards. He earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University.

Mr. Brandon Martinez
Vice President
Mr. Martinez brings over 27 years of military, program/project management, and government contracting experience. He currently serves as PeopleTec’s Space and Missile Defense Advisory and Assistance Services (SMDA2S) contract Program Manager. Mr. Martinez has over 19 years of experience supporting US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) programs. Prior to joining PeopleTec, Mr. Martinez worked for Booz Allen Hamilton providing systems engineering, maintenance, and operational support to the USASMDC 1st Space Brigade and the 1st Space Battalion. He specializes in program/project management, operations, and leadership including schedule management, project plans, workforce management, and building strategic alliances. Mr. Martinez is a US Navy submarine veteran. He earned a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in Colorado Springs and an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Jimmy Moore
Vice President, OASIS Program Manager
Mr. Moore is a Certified Modeling and Simulation Professional (CMSP), with over 10 years’ experience as an executive level manager and more than 25 years’ experience in simulation and modeling of aircraft and missile systems for distributed, man-in-the-loop, and training applications. He leads business development and capture efforts, manages PeopleTec’s opportunity pipeline, supports proposal development activities, and serves as a member of our process management improvement team. He has led programs in support of DoD organizations including PEO Aviation, Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), NASA, and commercial customers. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1994 and is a graduate of the Leadership Huntsville/Madison County Connect and Management Academy.

Ms. Tina Nicholson
Vice President
Ms. Tina Nicholson has over 30 years of experience in acquisition and program management supporting multiple DoD organizations including the Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, PEO Missiles and Space, PEO Aviation, Acquisition Career Management Office, and PM Army Acquisition Information Management. Currently, Ms. Nicholson leads the PeopleTec effort in support of the Rapid Capabilities Critical Technology Office (RCCTO) as a Sr. Principle Analyst and Integrator to the Director for Hypersonics, Directed Energy, Space and Rapid Acquisition. In addition, her oversight includes customer support to Space and Missile Defense Technical Center and as the AMCOM EXPRESS PM for PEO Aviation, AGSE Product Office Programmatic Support. Ms. Nicholson served as the MiDAESS Program Manager for the MDA, Agency Operations Support Capability Group 5 contract for over eight years. In addition, prior to joining PeopleTec, Ms. Nicholson served as a Director and Senior Project Manager at MEVATEC (acquired by BAE SYSTEMS). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University.

Dr. Dana Tanner
Vice President
Dr. Dana Tanner has over 25 years of experience in software development and IT services, specializing in software process, business process improvement, and business intelligence applications. Prior to joining PeopleTec, she worked in business development with RDA Corporation, a Microsoft Gold Certified provider. In 2003, Dr. Tanner was a Vice President at SAIC, continuing efforts she had begun at Quality Research, Inc. From 1999 to 2003, she was the Vice President of Information Systems at Quality Research, where she managed nearly 100 employees with $10M in annual revenue. From 1992 to 1999, Dana founded and was President of Keystone Solutions, specializing in Oracle database applications development. Dr. Tanner has a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Wesleyan College, an M.S. in Mathematics and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
