1ST ANNUAL PEOPLETEC CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT - "TEEIN' UP FOR WOUNDED WARRIORS" A SUCCESS
HUNTSVILLE, AL - PeopleTec, Inc. hosted its 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament, "Teein' Up For Wounded Warriors," on Thursday, May 1, 2014. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Semper Fi Community Task Force (SFCTF) and its mission of assisting wounded warriors and veterans of all military branches to succeed in civilian life.
The tournament kicked off with an 8AM shotgun start at the Huntsville Country Club. Over 25 teams participated in the tournament Thursday, enjoying a fun day of golf while helping to impact the quality of life for wounded warriors and veterans in the North Alabama community. An awards and recognition luncheon was held after the tournament. Semper Fi Board members Lieutenant General Willie Williams (Ret), Mr. Dave Johnson, Mr. Joe Bongiovanni and Iraq veteran and wounded warrior Mr. James West , members of the Semper Fi team golf team, were honored, along with all veterans and wounded warriors in attendance.
