Mark Harper - Technical Fellow

Mark Harper has over 22 years of experience focused in the area of missile defense lethality and ground effects modeling and simulation, including development of 3DOF/6DOF flyout models of both missiles and missile payloads, development of endgame lethality and post-engagement ground effects analysis and visualization tools, integration of third party models, and development of interfaces to other software/simulations through distributed interactive simulation (DIS), high level architecture (HLA) and Link 16 communication protocols.

Scott Meyers - Technical Fellow

Scott Myers has over 27 years of professional experience in Project Management, Software Development and Business Development applications over a wide range of Department of Defense contracts and Research projects. Scott is familiar with all aspects of Modeling, Simulation, Training and Serious Games development, from design and programming to Project Management.

Dr. Wesley Regian - Technical Fellow

Dr. Regian has over 30 years of experience in cognitive performance modeling and knowledge-based software technology development, primarily for military application. He has extensive experience in intelligence analysis, human terrain modeling, knowledge representation, knowledge management, human learning and memory, individual and developmental differences in human cognition, spatial ability and spatial information processing, cognitive modeling, skill acquisition, componential analysis of spatial tasks, cognitive automaticity, psychometrics, artificial intelligence, hypertext, hypermedia, training, computer-based training, intelligent computer-based training, virtual reality, multi-sensor fusion and human terrain modeling.
