DR. MARK RADER EARNS NDIA-TVC MANAGEMENT AWARD

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – PeopleTec, Inc. proudly recognizes and congratulates Dr. Mark Rader for receiving a 2026 National Defense Industrial Association-Tennessee Valley Chapter (NDIA-TVC) Management Award. This award recognizes management excellence in bringing new and emerging technologies and defense technical initiatives into the national defense system.

Dr. Rader serves as PeopleTec’s Senior Scientific and Technical Advisor. He brings over two decades of government experience and technical leadership to the defense industrial base, advancing directed energy and emerging technology solutions. His doctoral training in electrical and electronics engineering provided the foundation for his pioneering work in narrow and ultra-wide band High Power Microwave (HPM) sources. Dr. Rader has also led the U.S. Army’s HPM research and development effort from foundational science to operationally relevant capability. His work has directly enabled Counter-UAS and Counter-IED solutions that address some of the most urgent threats facing deployed forces today. Dr. Rader possesses the rare ability to lead multi-organization, multi-service teams from basic research through technology maturation to operationally relevant capability demonstration.
