KEVIN WILLIAMS NAMED EMPLOYEE-OWNER OF THE YEAR

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - PeopleTec is proud to announce that Kevin Williams was named 2022 Employee Owner of the Year by The ESOP Association's New South Chapter, which is comprised of more than 225 ESOP companies throughout Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

The New South Chapter gives two awards each year: Employee-Owned Company of the Year and Employee Owner of the Year. The Employee Owner of the Year demonstrates a passion and commitment to sharing information and insights about ESOPs with fellow employee owners, colleagues in other ESOP companies, fellow chapter members, and the public. As the award recipient, Kevin Williams is automatically entered in the national competition, where ultimate awardees are recognized throughout The ESOP Association and across the country.

As Employee Owner of the Year, Kevin has demonstrated an initiative to learn about ESOPs, educate and motivate coworkers and colleagues, and actively promote employee ownership culture. Kevin joined PeopleTec in 2012 and serves as team lead for the Aviation Software Product Group and the Rubix Business Intelligence platform. He also serves as Chief Technical Fellow for PeopleTec's Technical Fellows Program, where he guides the program in recruiting, organizing, and coordinating staff capabilities across the cutting edge of advanced technologies.
