PeopleTec Announces Director Promotions

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce the following promotions to Corporate Directors effective January 1, 2024:

Colonel John M. Eggert, USA, Ret.

John has over 30 years of experience leading diverse, complex organizations with worldwide footprints, supervising large teams, and working with billion-dollar projects. In his last assignment, John served as Chief of Staff for the US Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO). He joined PeopleTec in 2022 as a Subject Matter Expert and Advisor for RCCTO Senior Leaders providing analytical, strategic planning, and critical problem-solving support.

As a Director, John will continue to support RCCTO and manage PeopleTec’s growing workforce of 30 employee-owners located there.

John holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Resourcing from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership Studies from the United States Military Academy.

 


 

Mr. James ‘Jay’ Coquat

Jay joined PeopleTec in 2019, executing multiple responsibilities including Project Manager, Product Owner, and Data Scientist. He brings many years of Army experience across aviation, human resources, operations, and project management. Jay also has more recent technical experience — focused on AI, Data Science, and Software Engineering.

As Director, Jay will manage his group’s Rubix software product development and architecture, build strong customer relationships through progressive engagement, and continue leading advanced analytics and AI product solutions.

Jay holds multiple software, cyber, and management-related certifications as well as multiple degrees including an M.S. in Management Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, an MBA from Texas A&M: Commerce, and a B.A. in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.

 


 

Mr. Brandon Langley

Joining PeopleTec in 2021, Brandon has over 30 years of Government leadership and management experience. He also served for over 20 years in the U.S Army, retiring as an Army Aviator with technical training and experience operating a variety of aircraft. Brandon currently supports the Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft Project Office providing operations, facilities management, and security support.

As Director, Brandon will lead and continue to grow PeopleTec’s Program Executive Office Aviation workforce. Additionally, he will support his Army Aviation customers by recommending solutions to leadership, managing functional areas within the Product Office, and coordinating with customer stakeholders.

Mr. Langley earned his MBA in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capella University and his B.S. in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.


 

Mr. Tyler Wilson

Joining PeopleTec in 2019, Tyler served as a Contracts Administrator before being named Subcontracts Administrator Lead in 2022. Tyler has ten years’ of experience in Contracting and began his career as a Contracting Officer for the U.S. Air Force.

As Director of Contracts, Tyler will lead PeopleTec’s Contracting team, provide contract administration for all aspects of the acquisition process, manage Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements, and ensure compliance for purchasing, property, and acquisition.

He received his MBA from the University of Alabama and his B.A. in Business Management from Saint Leo University. He also has earned two certifications from the National Contract Management Association—Certified Professional Contract Manager and Certified Federal Contract Manager.
