PeopleTec Awarded Position on $14B DIA MSIC COMET IDIQ
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – PeopleTec, Inc. is proud to announce our selection as a prime contractor on Contract Operations for Missile Evaluation and Testing (COMET), a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Missile & Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) and its mission partners. COMET has an estimated ceiling of over $14 billion supporting mission task areas spanning Foundational & Technical Intelligence Analysis, Foreign Materiel Exploitation, IT Operations, and Modeling & Simulation across air, ground, and space/near-space mission domains.
COMET provides MSIC with contract support for the research, development, and sustainment of hardware, systems, and software capabilities supporting foreign materiel and enabling all-source intelligence analysis and production of foundational military intelligence. The scope of work encompasses scientific and technical analysis of foreign weapon systems, exploitation and reverse engineering, secure enterprise IT and software environments, advanced analytics and AI/ML, and high-fidelity modeling and simulation supporting intelligence production and mission decision-making.
This award is a significant milestone for PeopleTec and builds upon more than two decades of supporting complex defense, intelligence, test and evaluation, acquisition, and research and development missions. PeopleTec brings capabilities spanning scientific and technical intelligence, modeling and simulation, digital engineering, AI/ML, secure enterprise IT operations, software development, systems engineering, and test and evaluation.
