PeopleTec Earns 2024 Military Friendly® Employer Designation

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – PeopleTec, Inc. is proud to announce that we earned the Military Friendly® Employer Silver Designation for 2024. Over 1,200 institutions were evaluated, using both public data sources and responses from the proprietary 2024 Military Friendly® survey. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of its ability to meet thresholds for Recruitment, New Hire Retention, Employee Turnover, and Promotion and Advancement of veterans and military employees.

PeopleTec recognizes the talent, specialized skills, and value that Veterans bring to the workforce and has developed focused outreach practices to reach this community. Our Veteran Resource Group is designed to aid with the transition to civilian employment and offers networking, benefit education, and development opportunities. This group is driven by the Veterans within PeopleTec, who make up 37% of our workforce.
