PeopleTec Earns VETS Indexes 5 Star Employer Award
PeopleTec, Inc., is proud to announce we have been recognized as a 5 Star Employer in the 2026 VETS Indexes Employer Awards. The VETS Indexes Employer Awards commend participating organizations for their commitment to veterans, members of the National Guard and Reserves, and military spouses. This is PeopleTec’s first time receiving an Employer Award from VETS Indexes, in recognition of the organization’s strong commitment to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and the military-connected community.

A total of 349 organizations—including small and large businesses, government agencies, nonprofit groups, and universities—submitted surveys to be considered for the 2026 awards. VETS Indexes recognized participating organizations as a 5 Star Employer, 4 Star Employer, 3 Star Employer, or Recognized Employer. Using a granular, objective, and data-focused questionnaire, employers are evaluated across five categories: veteran employee development and retention; veteran-inclusive policies and culture; veteran recruiting and hiring; Guard/Reserve support; and military spouse and family support.
