PEOPLETEC EXPANDS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - PeopleTec is excited to announce that our Executive Management Team is expanding in 2019. As the company continues to grow, PeopleTec is devoted to making critical changes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our management structure.
Executive Management Staff
Effective January 1, 2019, PeopleTec's Executive Management team includes a Chief Information Officer and a Chief Administrative Officer.
Chief Information Officer (CIO), Darrell Flores
Mr. Flores joined PeopleTec in January 2011 as Director of Information Technology, Security, and Facilities. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Information Assurance and Security, and a Graduate Certificate in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
As CIO of PeopleTec, Darrell will manage and oversee the people, processes, and technologies in support of the company's Information Technology, Information Security, and Facilities infrastructure enterprise in order to achieve strategic business goals while protecting assets from cyber threats.
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Julie Richardson
Ms. Richardson joined PeopleTec in 2015 as a Human Resources (HR) Manager and has served as the Director of Human Resources since 2017. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management of Human Resources and a Master's Certificate in Employee Relations from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
In her role as CAO, Julie will support corporate initiatives and the Chief Executive Officer directly by facilitating strategies that provide day-to-day oversight of Team PeopleTec and ensure optimal efficiency of standards and resources. She will continue to serve as HR Director for the company where she is responsible for leading the development and implementation of key employee-related initiatives. These initiatives include organizational development, talent management, recruiting, retention, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.
Board of Directors Appointments
PeopleTec, Inc.'s Board of Directors recently appointed additional, ex-officio staff to the Board in order to balance responsibilities and improve operations due to the company's growth. For CY2019, Anna Catherine Osteen will serve as Board Treasurer and Julie Richardson will serve as Board Secretary.
