PEOPLETEC, INC. ANNOUNCES 2011 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Huntsville, AL - January 18, 2011 - PeopleTec, Inc. announces the 2011 Board members as approved by all shareholders present at the October 2010 shareholder meeting.
PeopleTec, Inc. a preeminent provider of Engineering and IT services and Solutions in the Department of Defense and Civilian Federal sectors announces new Board members Bobby Bradley, Walter Batson, Chris Horgen, Doug Scalf and Terry Jennings to the Board of Directors.
Effective January 1, 2011 ~ Mr. Walter Batson joins current outside directors Ms. Bobby Bradley and Mr. Chris Horgen as the newest member to the PeopleTec Board of Directors.
Ms. Bobby A. Bradley was a Founder and President of Computer Systems Technology, Inc. (CST), a high technology R&D company with over $90 million in sales. Ms. Bradley and two associates founded the company in 1989 to provide innovative technologies and solutions to Government and commercial organizations. CST was acquired by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in April, 2003. In April 2004, Ms. Bradley retired from SAIC and is currently a partner in two LLC's, Lewis Properties and Genesis II. She currently holds a Board position on the Federal Reserve Bank Branch in Birmingham, AL and the Huntsville Botanical Garden.
Mr. Chris Horgen is the senior managing partner of the Southeastern Technology Fund and an Operating Consultant with Eastside Partners. Mr. Horgen has directed the Southeastern Technology Fund in making 10 investments for a total of approximately $120 million. He has 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial advisor, and company operations. Mr. Horgen brings a wealth of operational and management expertise having been the founder of Nichols Research Corporation (Nichols) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of Nichols for 18 years. He has served on the Board of Directors of four public companies and four defense technology companies.
Mr. Walter Batson was co-founder of Camber Corporation in April of 1990 and is currently Chairman of the Board and CEO. Camber currently has over 2000 employees and has revenues approaching $400 Million. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a diversified company, supporting customers around the world, specializing in information technology, decision support systems, training, engineering and simulation. During its history, Camber has built flight simulators, built biological detectors, developed and built entertainment ride simulators, built training systems for state, local and federal government markets, and continues its diversified support services to federal government customers.
