PeopleTec Launches the PICC, Accelerating Innovation Through Customer Collaboration
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – PeopleTec, Inc. is proud to announce the launch of the PeopleTec Innovation and Customer Collaboration Center (PICC), a dedicated innovation environment designed to accelerate the development and deployment of mission-focused solutions through direct collaboration between customers, employee-owners, technical experts, and mission partners.
The PICC provides a collaborative space for PeopleTec teams to connect emerging technologies with real customer challenges across defense, intelligence, aviation, missile defense, modeling and simulation, cybersecurity, training modernization, and mission operations. The center is designed to support hands-on demonstrations, customer discovery sessions, technical exchanges, solution design workshops, and rapid experimentation with artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital engineering, modeling and simulation, and secure software capabilities.

The launch of the PICC builds on PeopleTec’s growing portfolio of artificial intelligence and advanced technology initiatives, including AI-enabled training, knowledge management, digital instructors, decision-support tools, and secure development environments that support Department of Defense missions. At the PICC, PeopleTec teams will showcase and advance capabilities such as AI-assisted curriculum development, virtual instruction, intelligent document analysis, rapid courseware generation, operational knowledge management, data-driven mission analytics, and customer-specific prototypes. The center will also support early-stage exploration of new technical concepts, allowing customers to see, touch, evaluate, and shape solutions before they transition into formal programs.

The PICC is intended to serve as both a demonstration space and a working lab. Customer teams can use the center to frame operational challenges, evaluate emerging technologies, compare solution approaches, and identify practical paths for adoption. Internally, PeopleTec employee-owners will use The PICC to strengthen cross-functional collaboration among program managers, engineers, data scientists, instructional designers, cybersecurity professionals, and business development teams.
