Based on our employees' feedback on the Trust Index© Survey, PeopleTec earned recertification as a Great Place to Work® for 2019-2020. Using validated employee feedback gathered with Great Place to Work's rigorous, data-driven methodology, certification confirms at least 7 out of 10 employees have a consistently positive experience at PeopleTec. This significant achievement makes PeopleTec eligible to be ranked among several prestigious lists. This year, Great Place to Work® honored PeopleTec as #4 in Best Medium Workplaces. To determine the winners in this category, Great Place to Work® analyzed anonymous survey feedback from over 189,000 employees working in small- and medium-sized businesses in the United States. Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™. Elements included employees' pride in the organization's community-impact, conviction that their work makes a difference, and belief that their work has special meaning.

To determine the Best Workplaces for Millennials, Great Place to Work® analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing more than 4.5 million people. Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on what millennials say about their experiences of trust and ability to reach their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do. The remaining 15 percent is based on millennials' feedback of their daily experiences of innovation, the company's values, and the effectiveness of their leaders. To be considered, companies had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified standard and employ at least 50 millennials.
