PEOPLETEC NAMED 2020 BEST WORKPLACE FOR MILLENNIALS

 

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Once again, PeopleTec has been named a Best Workplace for Millennials by Great Place to Work® and FORTUNE. PeopleTec ranked #10 overall and was one of only two Alabama companies on the Small and Medium Companies list. Great Place to Work analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing over 4.5 million employees working at Great Place to Work-certified organizations. Survey elements included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. Rankings are based on employees' feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization.
