PEOPLETEC REALIGNS ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - PeopleTec is pleased to announce strategic realignments of our organizational structure to accommodate corporate growth and focus on Business Development in 2019.
Due to increased size and expanded scope in our customer support work, PeopleTec has made critical changes in our organizational structure. We have separated key Vice Presidents who are projecting significant growth in 2019 from their previous business units. The following changes encourage strong and effective inter-group business coordination, and were effective January 1, 2019.
Dennis Dunaway, Group Vice President
Mr. Dunaway joined PeopleTec in January 2010 and has served as Vice President, leading a group that provides business intelligence engineering support, test & integration, condition-based maintenance (CBM) and standardization for Army Aviation platforms. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle University.
As Group Vice President, Dennis will continue to lead the development of innovative software products and services to support the warfighter.
Tina Nicholson, Group Vice President
Ms. Nicholson joined PeopleTec in October 2009 and served as Program Manager for the Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Support Services contract from 2011-2019. She currently serves as the Technical Lead for the Space and Missile Defense Technical Center's Assessment, Simulation, and Transition Support Services (ASTSS) and as the AMCOM EXPRESS Program Manager to PEO Aviation's Aviation Ground Support Equipment contracts. She earned a BS in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University and has over 30 years of acquisition and program management experience. Prior to joining PeopleTec, she served as a Director and Senior Project Manager at MEVATEC (Acquired by BAE SYSTEMS).
As Group Vice President, Tina will continue to provide leadership and technical support to multiple DoD organizations including PEO Missiles and Space, PEO Aviation, and the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Strategic Forces Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT). USASMDC/ARSTRAT customers include the Space and Missile Defense Technical Center, Acquisition Workforce Career Management Office, Kwajalein Data Analysis Center (KDAC), and the emerging Army Hypersonic Program Office.
Dr. Dana Tanner, Vice President
Dr. Tanner joined PeopleTec in April 2008 and has served as Vice President, managing the company's air, space, and missile robotics testbed development and support activities, and then managing technology support services to the AMRDEC Software Engineering Directorate. She holds a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics, an MS in Mathematics, and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Going forward, Dana will lead continual process improvement and quality management activities throughout the company. She will continue to lead our Process Management and Improvement Team (PMIT) in the development, implementation, mentoring, monitoring, support, and continual improvement of lean software and hardware development processes, as well as support services in all of the company's core capability areas.
