PEOPLETEC REWARDS OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - PeopleTec is proud to announce recent promotions to Director due to outstanding performance and excellent customer relationships. Congratulations to George Krym, who manages the company's International Engineering program, and Ron Helton, who leads the Avenger Technician team on the Avenger Readiness contract.
George Krym: George joined PeopleTec in April 2013 as a Senior Systems Analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Joint US-Israeli Cooperative Program Office. Before he joined PeopleTec, George was a Principal Analyst and Task Lead supporting MDA Flight Test Operations and Qualification. He has over 35 years of leadership, management, and operational experience in various positions of increasing responsibility in diverse DoD organizations, major programs, and Government agencies, including the last 12+ years supporting MDA. George holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems Technology and a Master's degree in Technology Management. He served over 23 years in the US Air Force before retiring in 2007.
In his role as Director, George is leading the MDA Technical Engineering Advisory & Management Services (TEAMS) International Engineering Group with employees located in Huntsville and Israel assisting the Government of Israel in upgrading its national missile defense capability, including developing and improving weapon systems. He also leads employees within the National Capitol Region supporting all engineering aspects of MDA International Acquisition Program development for new and/or refined US/Allied Ballistic Missile Defense System Initiatives.
Ron Helton: Ron joined PeopleTec in May 2017 as an Air Defense Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting several Army National Guard Air Defense Battalions and Weapon System Project Offices on Redstone Arsenal. Before joining PeopleTec, Ron worked as a SME supporting Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) after he retired from the US Army. Ron has 22 years of active duty service and 24 years as a support contractor for the US Government. Ron holds multiple certifications in his field and has received numerous awards and recognitions for his valuable contributions.
In his role as Director, Ron oversees all operations of the Avenger and Phalanx teams as they support Warfighters worldwide.
