PeopleTec's Leadership Continues to Grow

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – PeopleTec, Inc. is excited to announce our promotions to Director, effective January 1, 2026. As the company continues to grow, PeopleTec prioritizes opportunities for internal career development and promotions from within the current team.

JP joined PeopleTec in 2025 and has supported the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) SETA task order transition efforts, in addition to assisting senior leadership with programmatic planning, analysis, and reporting. A Marine Corps veteran with over 30 years of service, he has led multiple strategic programs at Headquarters Marine Corps and served as Senior Military Advisor to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy. JP currently serves as the Deputy for Program Management on the NexGen SETA contract and the Principal Analyst and Advisor to the Chief of Staff, Portfolio Acquisition Executive FIRES (PAE FIRES).  JP holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Samford University, a master’s degree in national security from the US Naval War College, and a master’s degree in strategic studies from the Air War College.

Amy joined PeopleTec in 2022 and has served as an acquisition strategist and subject matter expert in support of the Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA), Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Strategic Integrated Kinetic Effects (STRIKE) Program Management Offices (PMO). She has over 15 years’ experience in acquisition, contracts management, and logistics management. She earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality from the University of Alabama, a bachelor’s in management from Athens State University, and a master’s degree in logistics management from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Ken joined PeopleTec in 2020 as a Program Manager supporting the RTC RAPID, JTF-N JADC2, AvMC RIDE, and TRMC Digital Engineering programs. He served in the United States Navy prior to building over 20 years of experience leading complex IT, systems engineering, and cybersecurity initiatives across government and defense environments, serving in both technical and leadership roles supporting large-scale enterprise and mission systems. Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in business information systems from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in cybersecurity from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Phil joined PeopleTec in 2021 and has served as the senior cyber leader supporting contracts with the FBI and US Army. He has over 20 years of experience, including intelligence analysis for the FBI, complex data analytics, program management, and cyber architecture. Phil earned his bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Southern Indiana, and master’s degrees in both business administration and management from Oakland City University.

Tasha joined PeopleTec in 2014 and has served as the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager, successfully leading the company to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9100D certifications, as well as its appraisal to CMMI ML5 for Services and Development.  In addition to serving in the US Air Force, she has nearly 20 years’ experience in quality assurance, systems analysis, and business development. Tasha earned her bachelor’s degree in management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a master’s degree in engineering management with a focus on systems engineering from Auburn University.
