PEOPLETEC'S LEADERSHIP CONTINUES TO GROW

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - PeopleTec is excited to announce our 2019 promotions to Director. As the company continues to grow, PeopleTec prioritizes opportunities for internal career development and promotions from within the current team.


Mary Davis

Mary joined PeopleTec in June 2015 as a Senior Accountant supporting the Chief Financial Officer in Infrastructure. Before she joined PeopleTec, Mary was Director of Accounting at Navigator Development Group, Inc. She has over 20 years of accounting experience and has expertise in government contracts, private industries, and public accounting. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Alabama and earned her CPA in 2001. Mary is also a Certified Federal Contracts Manager and a Certified Professional Contracts Manager.

In her role as Director, Mary will lead the finance team in all aspects of the accounting cycle and continue to conduct corporate financial analyses.


Deborah (Deb) Fowler

Deb joined PeopleTec in January 2014 managing the Cyber Security/Information Assurance and Microsoft 365 Cloud Teams supporting US Army Aviation and Missile Research Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation, and Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC). She earned a Bachelor's degree in Management of Technology from Athens State University. Before joining PeopleTec, Deb provided Information Assurance (IA) Engineering expertise to the Software Engineering Directorate (SED) and the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). As a Cyber Security Engineer, Deb has over 25 years of experience in Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE), Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Software Assurance (SwA).

As Director, Deb will help PeopleTec expand into new areas of growth in the cyber domain, including industrial control system security, software assurance, Blue and Green cyber team support, and cyber training. Additionally, she will assist in expanding PeopleTec's new CyberTec Solutions Center.


Chris Hemphill

Chris joined PeopleTec in November 2009 as a Network Administrator supporting our corporate infrastructure, and was promoted to IT Manager in 2014. Before he joined PeopleTec, Chris worked as a Network Administrator supporting the Software Engineering Directorate (SED) on Redstone Arsenal. He has over 15 years of experience working in Information Technology. Chris holds multiple certifications in his field and has received numerous awards and recognitions for his valuable contributions.

In his role as Director, Chris will oversee the infrastructure of technical operations, tracking both the IT team and the technology itself in order to achieve goals, meet quotas, eliminate security risks, increase user satisfaction, and maintain operations and systems.


Sarah Milz

Sarah joined PeopleTec in November 2015 as a Contracts Administrator, providing contractual knowledge and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) advisory support to management. Before joining PeopleTec, Sarah was a managing accountant at a CPA firm where she provided consulting services to commercial businesses and non-profit organizations. Sarah has over 15 years of accounting and contracts experience. She received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lindenwood University and a Master's in Accountancy from UAH.

In her new role, Sarah will lead efforts to create efficiencies and develop training standards for the contracts team in order to better serve our customers. She will continue to monitor our ESOP and consult with management as it matures.
