PEOPLETEC'S MEAGAN GOODING RECEIVES SHRM-SCP CERTIFICATION
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - PeopleTec, Inc. proudly recognizes and congratulates Ms. Meagan Gooding on successfully passing the certification examination to become a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). The SHRM-SCP credential is for senior-level Human Resources (HR) professionals who develop strategies, lead the HR function, foster influence in the community, analyze performance metrics, and align HR strategies to organizational goals.
To be eligible to receive senior-level certification from the SHRM, individuals must have a bachelor's degree plus at least four years in an HR role or a graduate degree with at least three years in an HR role. The SHRM-SCP exam contains two types of questions: (1) stand-alone knowledge-based items that assess a candidate's knowledge and understanding of factual information, and (2) scenario-based situational judgment items that assess a candidate's judgment, application, and decision-making skills.
Ms. Gooding has also maintained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) since February 2016. Her recent SHRM-SCP certification elevates Ms. Gooding in her field from a professional to a senior professional.
