Promotion of Mr. Richard Crabtree to Senior Vice President

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Richard Crabtree to Senior Vice President, effective January 1, 2025.

With an exceptional 28-year career, Mr. Crabtree has demonstrated a legacy of excellence in Army Aviation maintenance, training, and the integration of advanced technologies into Army platforms. Rich joined PeopleTec in 2017 following a successful military career as an AH-64D/E pilot, during which he served on multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. At PeopleTec, Mr. Crabtree has been instrumental in supporting key Army programs, including the Aviation Turbine Engine Project Office, Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft Project Office, and the Utility Helicopter Project Office. His expertise and leadership have been pivotal in expanding PeopleTec’s footprint within the Army Aviation and Field Artillery sectors.

In his new role, Mr. Crabtree will lead efforts to further enhance PeopleTec’s support for Aviation and Artillery initiatives, the Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) and other aligned opportunities across the Department of Defense. His leadership and expertise will remain vital as PeopleTec strengthens its commitment to the warfighter and advances our capabilities.
