Promotion of Mr. Steve Redifer to Vice President

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Steve Redifer to Vice President, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Redifer joined PeopleTec in 2021 and serves as Director, Deputy Group Vice President, and Program Manager for several high-impact efforts supporting agencies such as the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command and the Multi-Service Advanced Capability Hypersonics Test Bed program. As a Vice President, he will lead PeopleTec’s growth across test, evaluation, and hypersonics while strengthening strategic partnerships in support of national defense missions.

A retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel, Mr. Redifer brings more than 35 years of operational, acquisition, and test leadership experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Auburn University, master’s degrees in Space Systems Operations and Applied Physics from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a master’s degree in National Security from the Air War College.
