PROMOTION OF MS. ANNA CATHERINE OSTEEN TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Anna Catherine Osteen to Executive Vice President. Ms. Osteen joined the company in 2006 and served as Director of Finance from 2012 until 2014. Since 2014, Ms. Osteen has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for PeopleTec, directing the finance and contracts activities of the company. As an Executive Vice President, Ms. Osteen will continue to provide critical support to all units within the company as CFO.

Ms. Osteen's professional career includes over 15 years of financial and business experience in both the commercial and government sectors. She earned a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee. Ms. Osteen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and actively volunteers in a number of community organizations.
