Promotion of Ms. Tina Nicholson to Senior Vice President

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Tina Nicholson to Senior Vice President, effective January 1, 2026. Ms. Nicholson joined PeopleTec in 2009 and currently oversees major programs supporting the U.S. Army’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive Fires (PAE Fires) and PAE Maneuver Air/ Capability Portfolio Executive Autonomy (CPE Autonomy), formerly the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO), as the SETA Contract Program Manager. She also manages a diverse portfolio spanning the Space and Missile Defense Technical Center and Installation Management Command (IMCOM), leading teams across multiple geographic locations to ensure disciplined execution and high-quality support. As Senior Vice President, Ms. Nicholson will continue leading high-visibility programs while advancing PeopleTec’s mission-focused growth across key Department of War (DoW) portfolios.

Ms. Nicholson has more than 39 years of program acquisition experience as well as managing complex government contracts across the aviation, space and missile defense communities. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University.
