PEOPLETEC EARNS 2023 MILITARY FRIENDLY® EMPLOYER DESIGNATIONS
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - PeopleTec is proud to announce that we earned both the Military Friendly® Employer Silver Designation and the Military Spouse Friendly Employer Designation for 2023. To qualify for either of these awards, organizations must successfully complete a survey to verify that they meet the required benchmarks. From hiring and career advancement to customer service and charitable investment, over 1,500 organizations were evaluated using responses from these proprietary surveys in addition to public data sources.
Military Friendly® identifies organizations whose commitment to serving the military and veteran community is comprehensive in scope and meaningful in terms of actual outcomes and impact. Methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by VIQTORY with input from the Military Friendly® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the military recruitment community.
The Military Friendly® Silver Designation is awarded to organizations that meet the required benchmarks and score within 20% of the 10th ranking Employer in their category. Only a select group of organizations achieve this honor.
The Military Friendly® Spouse Employer Designation recognizes organizations that recruit, hire, and retain military spouses and uphold the policies and practices that support them along the way.
PeopleTec will be showcased in the December issue of G.I. Jobs® magazine and on MilitaryFriendly.com for receiving these honorable awards.
