PEOPLETEC, INC. NAMED A BEST PLACE TO WORK FOR 10TH YEAR!
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – PeopleTec, Inc. proudly announces our standing as one of the Best Places to Work® in Huntsville/Madison County for the 10th year. The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce Best Places to Work® Award honors the “best of the best” member businesses in the Tennessee Valley. The award celebrates businesses that create an excellent workplace culture through employee engagement, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Companies win this award based solely on confidential employee surveys evaluated by an independent assessor. PeopleTec received the Silver Award in the X-Large Category (251+ employees).
CEO, Ms. Terry Jennings, thanked employee-owners for selecting PeopleTec as an employer of choice for another year: “This award is very special because it comes directly from you, our employee-owners. Thank you for your excellence and continued vote of confidence! Being voted a Best Place to Work validates our “People First” culture.
“This award continues to be a highly positive reflection on our company, both in the Huntsville and DoD communities and with our customers. We are immensely proud that our “People First” culture continues to provide a work environment where the best and brightest want to come to work and make contributions to the Warfighters every day! This award reminds us it is truly our People that makes PeopleTec a Best Place to Work.”
The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber partnered with NASHRM, the North Alabama chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, on this year’s Best Places to Work® luncheon on October 25th.
