ISO 20000-1 (Service Management System)
PeopleTec has successfully met the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, maintaining, reviewing, and improving a Service Management System. A Service Management System supports the management of the service lifecycle, including the planning, design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services. PeopleTec’s Service Management System has been audited and certified for meeting requirements and delivering value to our customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
Implementation and operation of a Service Management System provides ongoing visibility, control of services, and continual improvement, leading to greater effectiveness and efficiency within the organization. Our recent ISO 20000-1 certification validates PeopleTec’s drive to continuously improve our services for both our customers and our employees.
ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System)
ISO 27001 provides requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System. An Information Security Management System helps organizations secure and manage the security of information assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details, and information entrusted by third parties.
An Information Security Management System preserves the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information by applying a risk management process and gives confidence to stakeholders that risks are adequately managed. PeopleTec’s system was recently audited by an approved third party and found to be secure, trustworthy, and reliable.
